The Top 1% of AI Spenders Stalled in Q3. So Did Anthropic’s Dollar Growth.

Anthropic's Q3 revenue growth slowed to $5.4B from $6.8B in Q2, mirroring a July peak in heavy AI spending among Ramp's top 1% of firms. Price cuts account for most of the slowdown, as concentrated whale customers stop expanding workloads despite rising adoption among smaller users.
