SandHill.io is a reading layer for venture capital writing. It ingests the RSS feeds of 838+ VC blogs and newsletters, extracts each article, and sorts it into one of four editorial sections — Investment Thesis, Industry Analysis, Operating Insight, or Additional Read — scoring each piece 0-10 for insight density. Announcements, portfolio profiles, podcasts and link roundups are excluded. Archive size: 55,024 posts, with ~135 added in the last 7 days.

## How articles are categorized
- **Investment Thesis**: names a specific forward-looking opportunity (a market, category, or cross-sector theme) and argues where founders should build or investors should back.
- **Industry Analysis**: analyzes a named market, sector or technology — how it works, the players, size, data, recent changes.
- **Operating Insight**: applicable advice for founders, operators and investors — playbooks, how-tos, case studies, frameworks on moats and defensibility.
- **Additional Read**: substantive essays, investor philosophy, VC commentary and cross-cutting observations.
- **Excluded**: investment/fund announcements, single-startup profiles, sponsored deep dives, podcasts and transcripts, and roundups without original analysis.
